Viennese Oyster Yoga Pretzel Sex Position

The Viennese Oyster (sometimes called the Oystered Missionary) is an advanced position where the woman turns herself into an erotic, human pretzel while the man enters her from above.

The woman lies on her back and brings her legs all the way up and places her feet behind her head.

The man can lean over her or kneel in front.

The main benefit to this position is that it allows the guy to go very deep, even if he’s not well endowed.

The disadvantage is that most women won’t be able to pull it off. Even if she’s a hardcore yoga junkie, she still may not be able to get into full pretzel position. If she can, it won’t be the most comfortable position for her and it’s highly unlikely she’ll be able to relax enough to reach an orgasm.

While this position does allow the guy to dive into her deepest depths, it’s really more of an experience to check off your sex position bucket list.

What the Man Does

The man has 2 basic options when it comes to his positioning.

He can kneel in front of her and penetrate back and forth, or he can lean over her and penetrate up and down.

The kneeling version is more likely to stimulate the woman’s g-spot (especially if he has that magic, upward curve), while the leaning version allows the guy to go deep.

In the kneeling version, the man can (GENTLY) press down on his woman’s legs to help her stretch into the position. But make sure you know where her limit is and respect it.

In the leaning version, the guy has to hold himself up with his hands on the bed.

DO NOT let any of your body weight press down on her pretzeled legs. That’s a recipe for disaster. She MUST be able to let go of her position in a split second if it gets too uncomfortable. She can’t do that if your body weight is pressing down on her.

How The Woman Can Pull Off The Full Viennese Oyster

Rule number one… always make sure you’re warmed up first!

Just like any type of stretching, you want to make sure your body is warmed up before you start. Never stretch cold muscles!

So don’t start off your romp session with the Viennese Oyster.

Have sex in other positions and buildup a sweat before you start contorting your body.

The real trick to this position is to be realistic, start where you are and build up to the full version. There are lots of variations of the Viennese Oyster that don’t require her to be as bendy. Start in one of these simpler versions and build up her flexibility so that she can eventually get there.

If you’re determined to try this position and not yet doing yoga, you’d better start.

You can find lots of videos on youtube to get you started.

A great starter pose to train for the Viennese Oyster is the Happy Baby.

Get yourself as close to the happy baby pose and have sex in that position.

Your guy can help you by pressing down on your thighs.

Gradually, lift your legs higher and higher to stretch and increase your ability.

With time and practice, you’ll be able to reach your legs further and further back until your knees can touch the bed.

Great job!

Now just keep on gradually and regularly stretching you legs closer to the ideal position.

Twist your thighs so that your feet make their way closer to your head.

Once there, work on placing behind you.

Just like yoga, you want to make extra sure to breathe fully and deeply. The more intense versions of this position will constrict your breathing to some degree so make sure you don’t hold your breath.

You can also let out some sexy ohhh’s and arrrrghs. Let out whatever sounds your body wants to release. Not only do they help you with the necessary flow of oxygen, it’ll also turn your guy on to see you completely immersed in the experience.

Final Thoughts

While the Viennese Oyster does allow for very deep penetration, it’s unlikely the woman will be able to orgasm in this position.

So just have fun with it.

Don’t push past the woman’s limits and be patient.

Enjoy!
